Artists in Residence

We tend to take on a select few artists in residence each year who have either just graduated, or are in the final year of their university studies. These creative young people work with us for one or more months on a focused project, while also developing their understanding of social and ecological issues and solutions at local and global levels. Furthermore, they learn how these issues and solutions intertwine with the ‘real’ world and their own creative practice.

2011 — Eri Mizushima (USA)
2012 — Chiaki Koyama (USA)
